Recent cases include successful asylum applications
for victims of religious and political persecution in Pakistan, Burma,
Iran, Ethiopia, and Nigeria and approval of complex
labor certifications and petitions for multi-national managers/executives.
Extensive experience in deportation and removal cases, including asylum, suspension,
cancellation, and opposition to government’s use of secret evidence in
removal and bond proceedings.
